Just getting into Open Water Swimming or Triathlon? Worried about how to swim in this new environment? Come and learn some new swimming skills to put your winter pool training into practice. Perhaps you want to modify your existing stroke, experience the washing machine effect of the mass start, or want to learn how to swim straight. This course will prepare you for any event you've got coming up and will enhance your confidence and give you a great head start for the open water season.

Private Open Water Coaching

Annie's personal open water sessions will help you feel more confident getting your face in the water and dealing with this new environment. She'll teach you how to sight properly to swim in a straight line. You'll improve your technique while Annie paddles next to you in her kayak with you wearing a headset so she can give you pointers as you swim.  Perfect if you're completing your first few triathlons or looking for the edge over your competitors. Advanced open water swimmers can beneift immensely too, learning how to prevent zig zagging in your races sometimes adding 10-20% to your total swimming distance! Annie's helped hundreds of swimmers improve their open water swimming over the past 10 years, there's always a way to get faster!
